It's kinda a weird thing, but man is it hard to go to websites now and not recommend Arda Wigs for suggestions when people ask what wigs to use. I'm trying not to become one of those overly obsessed with my company kinds of people.

I remember a few years back hanging out with a girl at a con who had just started working for a company. When people would ask about the product she was using in a costume she would constantly be like, "Such and such made it, isn't it great." It was like she was a walking bill board. It got to the point where people wouldn't want to be around her anymore because it was so annoying.

I don't want to be that person. But seriously, if you ask me directly what wig to use, I'm sure I can find an Arda Wig for you for any costume. So if you don't want an Arda Wig for some odd reason. Don't ask :P

Just a Friendly Reminder

I said it on Facebook and I want to say it here:

I've got alot of wonderful people in my life that I have met through the community. You all have your quirks and your talents and are wonderful in your own ways. And I wish I could write a little reminder on a post-it note and put it on your mirror so you could see it everyday.

I know when I get this way there is a group of friends of mine that are like "GAY!" but I don't really care. Sometimes people are way to stone faced in the community and think if they don't get close or emotional with people it will be better for them. To that I say, "Screw it."

Everyone I've met in the last three years through cosplay has been amazing in their own way. Even the few assholes I've had problems with. I don't hold grudges and I try really hard to see you all for the wonderful people you can be/are. So remember that. Remember that although I may not be your best friend and chat with you outside of cons or what not, I still drive myself crazy at cons trying to spend as much time with all of you. Because you're all interesting, talented, fun and beautiful in your own ways.

Not My Costume/Not Being Sold by Me

If you go on Ebay and want to buy a Lady Gaga costume, don't buy this one.

They are using a picture of my costume to sell their item. Obviously it is not their costume they are selling. I am slowly trying to figure out the best way to inform Ebay of this fraud.

Please spread the news! :)

Battlestar & Minis

Today I watched the last two episodes of Battlestar Galatica of the season. OMG! Season 4 Episode 9 made me cry like a baby. I love Laura so much!! The last episode was pretty intense and didn't leave on a directly intense note, but I still liked it. It just didn't feel like an uber cliff hanger or anything. I still can't wait for alot of questions to be answered. But ya. If you don't know about BG, here is your time to catch up. Rumor has it they won't run the new season until FEB! OMG! I CAN'T WAIT THAT LONG!

However, if you haven't seen BG, if you watched one or two a week, you could probably make it till Feb and then finish up the series. Its pretty freakin awesome. Its not like Star Trek or Star Wars. Its more of a war drama that just so happens to be set in space. Its epic.
