Not My Costume/Not Being Sold by Me

If you go on Ebay and want to buy a Lady Gaga costume, don't buy this one.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=270505123139&var

They are using a picture of my costume to sell their item. Obviously it is not their costume they are selling. I am slowly trying to figure out the best way to inform Ebay of this fraud.

Please spread the news! :)

There's the Report Item link.
http://contact.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ReportItemMember

One of the options is "Copying your Listing"
Detailed explanation is "Report your picture or description of was copied or linked without your permission"

There's this line "You can't include pictures that don't accurately represent the item for sale." from the 'What not to do' selling practices page.

That's what I did. I hope they understood my description. They only gave me so many words to explain it.

I figure you were more composed than I'd have been.

I said, "The costume pictured is my costume, and can not be sold by the seller."
